Hi- I'm setting up a computer recording studio- and i'm looking for a good programme to record multitracks and to edit the mix - stuf like removing, merging differnent takes to remove performance errors but prodadly not virtual instruments or baselines or midi etc
I want to need to buy some software (PC) and I was looking at either cubase SL or Wavelab - wavelab also looks as it allso seems to have a lot of cd creation stuf
What do you think is the best package for this sort of multitrack recording and editing?

Hi,
For multitrack recording, midi and audio, use cubase or logic. It's what you prefere. Wavelab though is meant mainly for mastering.
