Hello I have been having trouble recently with my recordings. I think it might be a sound card problem. I'm using an m audio audiophile 2496 soundcard and recently i started getting dorps outs in my play back, this happens at least once everytime I play back to record, sometimes it doesn't occur, but most of the time it happens and is very frustrating. I never had this problem before, I've defragmented the hard drive, re installed the m audio driver, even updated a new one, now it seems instead of getting the drop out, I'm getting a sudden low buzz instead, I'm at a loss here, could it be a latency issue? I recently installed a new verion of sony sound forge too, any advice on this subject would be very very much appreciated thank you
