The Zoom H4 looks trs well, but what is the quality of pramplis?. The fact that we do not find the specs anywhere dj is a bad sign.

Depending on the application that you do, the silence of pramps CRITERIA may be a more or less important. Personally I record trs often quiet and I find that the absence of background noise is important for trs ism.
Amps of Ares M are much more efficient, if each DCID Difference in price is justified, but both devices are not in the same CATEGORY.
For AEQ paw 120 is another story, the quality of the line appears in trssrieuse -96 dbA, and they indicate the microphone 122 dbA (wow. ..)

The device is clearly manufactured in the same Chinese factory, but I think I read somewhere that the Nagra is completing a time machine back in Switzerland. Does the micro pramplis are assembled only this time the n'tait If not, it would not be smart to rev their part, the copy is part of Chinese culture.
The low noise comes from the overall design of the device, which is well sign Nagra, and what nimporte prampli trs gets good performance in these conditions.
Should make a comparison on real records, but on paper there is nothing wrong. In addition it seems we can get it with 1GB as the Nagra (which is not enough for all fawns).
I've never tried an analog Nagra, but to all others in the same boat seems a bit excessive.
