Guitar preamp with 11 amp models best known 4 + effects, 11 types of outputs (4 outputs line level outputs for recording 3, 3 for guitar amp), 3-band EQ, noise gate, setting gain and master level. Input jack 6.35 (480kohms) with the gain switch HIGH or LOW, a mini-jack stereo line level output jack 6.35 / headphone, 2 RCA stereo outputs, 9V power supply or six LR6. No footswitch, or MIDI, S / PDIF or USB. Technology in turn uses a sampling frequency of 40 kHz, resampled 64 fois/20bit for A / D conversion (In) and resampled to 128 fois/20 bit D / A converter (Out)

UTILIZATION

One branch, and you turn the knobs until you find the sound that goes well

SOUND QUALITY

Of the 11 amps, the American Clean clear sound is the only proposed, the Fender Twin Drive by Crunch and the British are not bad, the British Marshall Drive in the body 2 and the Modern Lead realistic enough to Soldano, the Black Bottom rather punchy and well destroy Fuzz Stack. EQ and noise gate effective, but no effects (possibly the tremolo to troubleshoot) and too many types of output rendered useless especially since the console output is supposed to simulate catastrophic hp, provide a direct box is essential for this usage.Par against a stamp combo in neutral it sounds really good and as long as we include the effects worthy of the name, it becomes more than satisfactory for the price.

OVERALL OPINION

Bought new in 2002 120 £ uros
The +: Sounds pretty good if you have something to boost the
The -: unusable as is live console
