Value For Money :
Excellent
I use (slightly) for a year.
I tested it and the Roland CM 30 with members of my group and we chose this Alesis:
we were looking for an amp for voice and guitar. Roland had a grain more rock, more electric, we preferred the subtlety, the sweetness and precision of the Alesis on acoustic guitar and vocals. There's no comparison. 50W over its make a difference (30 = 30 CM Roland W)
Then I tried the AER Compact 60 in its mobile version = The Tramp (admittedly this is 6 times the price of Alesis Transactive), I have preferred the EAR, mostly because it runs on battery, it allows me sing n 'anywhere! And that it has a power supply. phantom to connect directly Neuman KMS 105 and a Shure Beta 87A. Otherwise at the sound, if that Alesis was endessous of the EAR, it was not ridiculous. Frankly, for 250 € I do not know better and we were in for their money.
I have enjoyed:
built-in effects (which I have preferred to those of the EAR and Roland + fine + easy to use)
sound
value for money
design its look with his little blue loupiottes, handy when repeating or playing in the dark
With experience, and this budget (+ / - 250 €), I would do this choice!
