help required Audio interface does no sound on my computer

Hey!

My audiobox 1818vsl does not seems to be working on my computer. When i ttalk trough my mic, windows recognize it in the ''sound'' settings (the output light becomes green), but i can't use apps like skype, discord, or Ableton, etc. (see the screenshot)

i don't know if its a driver problem, but please help!

Stuff like this plagues me as well (I can never get the mic to work in skype). My only recommendation is to get the latest drivers (do an update), but I bet it's simply a need to click the right friggin' button.
