Dssine labore guitar and France, factory in Korea.
Solid mahogany body.
Round 3 pieces with 22 frets and rosewood fingerboard markers trapzodaux button.
2 Humbucker Pickups liabilities Modern77 PAF humbucker.
4 buttons total: 1 volume and a micro tonality.
Finishing out of the ordinary for a guitar of this price (345).
UTILIZATION
It has a handle type SG, very pleasing to the touch, which slides very, very well. The game is flexible, the notes are played aisment ... A game smooth and comfortable.
Like most "real" SG, CASC in acute is excellent, nothing comes GNER hand when it is that precipitates at the base of the handle to play the treble.
SG shape as particulire, we may put a time adapt (especially when you get to a Start ', as in my case). Default rating to 10, this guitar: the balance, as on many guitar SG type: after a few hours of gameplay, it feels good fatigue in the shoulder that holds the handle, because it is the latter that is the center of gravity of the guitar. Edit 01/09/07: After almost two months of use I am still as pleased with this guitar. Some default finish, which I had until the Chappe, I appeared as a tiny gap in the paint (on the lower body, invisible ...) and a volume of Knob creaks a bit ... outside has nothing reported.
SOUNDS
It engages smoothly with a little Jazz, to quickly pass a little crunch which only AC / DC secret, ending with a good bass distortion that spot the Metallica ... and CS2 promne. PPRE, the big one. Not one fart around. She knows everything. Naturally, we must have the hardware that can do everything well, but the guitar itself comes out smoothly. Another round of master from Custom77.
Their microphones are doing without problem in all uses. And this is not the excellent violin for the beauty who is coming this table taint.

OVERALL OPINION
Used extensively for the past two weeks, I am delighted with this guitar.
His sound crunch and distortion drives me up the ceiling, only small BMOL that I have found this little (nothing scary, but it must be specific on) loss of breath into play clean, which n is not my, nor his, favorite fields, and small dsquilibre makes the game a long hard tiring.
Meanwhile, comparing the competition, one gets the best copy of Gibson SG's market. It's a totally subjective opinion, but shared by all those with whom I discussed and which possdent, or have at least tried.
I have long hesitate between the CS2 and the Epiphone G-400. Looking back now, I would not waste time looking at what is left is right to compare models: I would take the CS2 without an ounce of hsitation!
Probably not the best guitar of all time, but in any case, without doubt, the best SG of its price range.

APRS almost 2 years of loyal service, I finally sold my CS2 ... for another CS2! The new satin finish Gothic Brown proposes the brand had really tap into the eye, so I sold my CS2 to offer me one. If on this final is more affluent (binding key, large pickguard ...) nevertheless have the sound remains the same. The handle has changed between time t, from a C a U profile of Gibson, the silent the only thing that was missing from the resale of my Gibson ... So I am now a happy guitarist. My CS2 is perfect for me and I'll keep it very long.
I think possibly just a change of microphones, as Modern77 very versatile, but it is ultimately not what I asked, I would like him to fit in most pickups. But only compared my tastes, they are perfect for the big rock, but a little pchent by their lack of output level for saturation of the large spot, they fill with a lack very good precision.
