Best value: Excellent
A transistor amp with effects, 100 watts in theory, 2 X 12 "HP, a pedal, FDD technology.

UTILIZATION

Very easy to use, good clean sound. Move from clean to distortion with the pedal while keeping the same volume is not a problem for me, simply adjust well. The manual is useless.

SOUNDS

I play metal, surf rock, indie, punk, pop etc, this amp is well suited to these styles. I play with a fender jaguar equipped with a Seymour Duncan Hotrails. The distortion that looks more like a mixture overdrive / distortion suits me perfectly. The clean has a lot of bass, so an adjustment is needed, the other effects are nice. I play for hours with distortion + reverb to make solo surf rock. I have not tested the power (I live in an apartment), but 2 X 50 watts should do the trick.

OVERALL OPINION

For eight hours, excellent price / quality ratio, I played in on a peavey rage 158 too rotten, so the change is notable. I do it again the same choice if I had the same budget. The only problem is the weight, this amp is super heavy!

edit 2008: Finally I find this amp has too much bass, I have to put the treble and bass thoroughly at least when I play clean, maybe my guitar a lot of bass also possible .. .
