« Perfect! »
Published on 09/26/11 at 02:38Amp transistor, delivers 60Watts (and it is not a fruit of watts, covering a violent drummer 4 / 10, tested and approved again). An input jack and an XLR input, XLR output to a PE60 or other mixer. Three settings bass / medium / high very effective (but I think this is not the purpose of this amp, so everything at 12 o'clock).
UTILIZATION
Super easy to use, connect the output of your module L + preamp effects (or preamp by itself, but since the preamp mandatory PE is only 60 amp). Power on, volume to one quarter and it works!
SOUNDS
I use a Les Paul Custom Ebony home with a Pod XT Live Pedal Line 6.
I did some tests with the headset as the output of the Pod I turn then to compare the sounds.
Well this is bluffing, subject however to use the output mode "combo Poweramp" on the Pod XT Live, a "LINE" changes the sound too (more fat, more bass, but the sound that it was the headphone). In "Combo Amp Power" was the same sounds that headphone, almost. There's just a little more grain, which is the goal I was looking for from the direct connection to the sound, which I found too cold.
Tested again this is the pure joy, and it has helped to separate the two guitars, one plays guitar on both same Pod XT live, one is plugged into the sound, the other on the EP 60: mean mmieux much the two guitars.
He has a hell of potatoes for a transistor in 4 / 10 you cover the drummer, which however is not a fun. Not tried beyond: it's already hard enough ...
At home with the knob to 1 or 2 / 10 we get to play with a very small volume that does not bother anyone.
This is where he finally buries the other amps I've tried (including the combination Pod XT Live Peavey Classic 30 + tube, already greatly changed this sound, but completely impossible to play at low volume at home ...).
OVERALL OPINION
This is fresh, I've had two weeks (thank you to the vendor who sold me a used price quite fair to € 235 in postage).
I love it because it meets the sound of the Pod XT Live working on PC and PA / headphone, while adding a HP potatoes guitar.
I plan to buy a second for stereo if needed ...
