UTILIZATION
Super simple to implement
SOUND QUALITY
The sounds are correct, it blows a little when you push the gain and the gain there is not that much. Great for percussion / drums to the acoustic low level could use some work.
OVERALL OPINION
I tested it with a bunch of dynamic microphones where the gain is limited not strong enough according to the source, a battery for it there's margin. Cardioid has ample enough gain.
Perfect to extend a sound card with 4 line-ins.
LED Power serves emergency lighting so it is powerful, good finish even if there's better XLR connectors, knobs OK, good length of cable for external power supply. May lack an off switch.
