What thing do you like most/least about it? the -: Perhaps the butterflies of opening or closing a little hard but hey shut it know when it's open or close at least gives her the confidence & very robust + moved a bit heavy as it is full it weighs at least 30 pounds! if the handles are great everything is good!
Did you try many other models before getting this one? EEE is not my first rack
