Chinese-made, Tri-Sonic pickups made in England, 22frets, 3 single pickups (configuration Strato), 5-way switch, two tones with push-pull, 1 volume.
Classic vibrato set by three screws. Manufacturing and flawless finish, especially for the price (350 € Specials, normal price from 450 to 500). The handle is similar to my Srato U.S. standard but it is flatter and the strips are thin and low, it does not facilitate not the game quickly it does not bother me too, mine is .La "Burgondy mist" sort of pinkish-gray metallic, otherwise is the same as in the picture.
UTILIZATION
The handle is nice, if you do not want to play fast (see above).
access to acute: as a Strato, ergonomics as well (a little lighter).
The sound is the highlight of this guitar, it is close to the old strats (more than the Fender recent), there is the sound of the Shadows! for other styles, it withstands the impact and push-pull on the tone has other sonorités.Le vibrato is okay, but he does not speed either.
SOUNDS
It is ideally suited to my style (blues and folksongs), in rhythm as chorus.
I played on a Vox AC30 with an overdrive Vox Wah and a sometimes a chorus.
The sound is quite clear lens, especially when played on two microphones, with the overdrive is good too, I always play with the 3 knobs at the bottom and I do not use the push-pull.
OVERALL OPINION
I've had six months, I like the look, sound microphones, the polyvalence.J love it minus the handle too flat and vibrato but I do.
I have owned quite a few guitars, I also have a U.S. Start and a Telecaster U.S., it supports the comparison.
I wanted to buy a Shadow of the same mark, unfortunately, the production of Burns in Asia is stopped, I was fortunate to find this one and I do not regret it.
