Leaky, Noisebud’s new donationware plug-in, gives you the ability to correct the loss of information when mixing or mastering in mono.
Leaky is a Mid/Side processor software that will help you put some of the Side information back into the Mid channel when mixing or mastering tracks and noticing that some of the sound material is lost in mono.
You can use Leaky to put back some reverb to vocals, correct a stereo image issue, refocus on a full track atmosphere and even correct phase issues.
The VST 32-bit plug-in for Windows features a large Leak Amount knob, a delay/phase control and a 200 Hz high-pass filter.
Leak is available as a donationware, default price is $9.90 but you can donate more (or less). A trial version can also be downloaded from www.noisebud.se.
