I have my 'Line 6 POD HD500' running through the mic input in my 'SoundBlaster X-Fi Xtreme Audio' soundcard, which is obviously mounted in the rear of my PC.

It works and it sounds decent, but it has a delayed response. How can i correct this delay so that when i play, it responds instanty?

Any sort of help, tips or suggestions would be excellent...
