Published on 12/18/13 at 18:40TC61 Thin Line, hollow body solid alder Tele type maple top, solid maple neck, maple fingerboard, bone nut, vintage AER 2 single coil, 1 volume, 1 tone, 3 positions, Gotoh tuners, chrome hardware, with cover
UTILIZATION
Easy race, but rather flat. Access to treble convient.Si me you are interested in a telecaster without character, no doubt, it is for you. But if you are looking for the twang and fishing a real tele, go your way. It is equipped with microphones manufactured by EAR wants to try his chances he appears in the electric guitar. Contrary to what is said about the only advice I managed to find the net, making nothing exceptional. Significantly, the body / neck junction seems to say the least improvement.
SOUNDS
You understand that I did not like the sound of microphones AER, without relief, too passe-partout. And as everyone knows, the tools that can do everything, excel in any field. I guess this guitar is aimed at a specific audience, but personally I was quite disappointed. Now more than ever, avoid buying through mail, which I did, even if the notice posted on the guitars seemed to be too dhytirambique honête.Tres quickly, I replaced the pickups with Lollar Vintage AER T. It's better, but it is worse than a standard U.S. for example. Insofar as I live in a very hot and sunny, I'll keep it for lugging in my car trunk. it will prevent me from damaging my good guitars.
OVERALL OPINION
I use it for a month. I wanted a tele, but insofar as I paid, in quick succession this year, a Fender Stratocaster deluxe (metallic sunset, maple neck, a marvel) and a large concert godin, the price of this Launardt Tom has been instrumental in my NIOHC. Less than € 900, the value for money is not that good because it is not worth more, even if the website where I bought it, this as a promo on a guitar that originally worth around € 1,700. I note in this regard that I was disappointed by both the guitar and the trader. If it again, I would buy Fender, Nash or G & L.
