UTILIZATION
The handle is a very good point of this TV, round and rather late, with a flatter radius than the original. The finish is satin, very touching agréable.La guitar is quite heavy and the ergonomics is that of a Telecaster! You get used ... But overall it is pleasant to handle and the sound acoustics testifies to a good resonance of the body. The only real problem with this guitar: mechanisms (which are by two small lugs on the inside). Tired of retuning every 5 minutes, I installed Schaller mini-locking and all is well!
SOUNDS
I play several styles (blues, jazz / blues, picking, flamenco) and I cracked on the TV for its fishing, the sound of Fender pickups that sound very still. The guitar is new and the sound a little "green", it approximates a single coil sound but with more fat and a good response to changes Thurs may very well play Hendrix, SRV's, arpeggios in clean or slightly acid to rockabilly ... and especially Brian Setzer, blues, or expression that fly in the clear, sound and crunch / overdrive. The original pickups do not get out of extreme metal type sounds, it sounds too rough with a big distortion. potentiometers tone tend to blur the dynamics. OVERALL OPINION
I use it for a few weeks now and I'm still in love! The variety of sounds allows a good expression, and, although considered changing the pickups, the original suit me for now. The top is the p90 seymour phantom coil pickups as "snore" not bad. The only (almost) "obligation" for those who have an ear for music is the replacement of mechanical origin that do not agree (Schaller mini or mini grover Rotomatic). The quality / price / pleasure is excellent, I got it for 310 euros in trade, but you can order it for 210 euros from the net. Final details: climbing ropes able to wipe the good shots without mediator tremble (original rise 9-42 I switched to D'Addario 11-49 for a more open and more fair ..!) and "coupled" to a fender amp, she loves!!
I do it again this election with no problems and I recommend this guitar very endearing to all who seek fishing and cutting telecaster with a fuller sound for versatility.
