The Dynaflex from Planet Waves is a tool designed to exercise and condition hands, wrists and forearms, increase hand speed and strumming coordination, and improve endurance.
A hand-held ball with an internal Gyro Roto, users can start The Dynaflex with the rip cord or use the automatic starter.  Then the user simply moves the ball in a back-and-forth motion to increase the speed of the Gyro.  Then, work The Dynaflex all the way up to 13,000 RPM, to improve coordination and build strength and endurance in the hands, wrist and forearms.  The unique gyroscope motion helps to build rhythm and lead chops, and stimulates muscles, joints and tendons.
