TS-1 is a frequency dependent transient shaper designed to manage the attack and sustain of any incoming audio signal. Using Audiority’s “Compression by Saturation” concept, TS-1 was designed to add warmth and punch to drum tracks without losing dynamics.
TS-1 features two separate detection circuits for Attack and Sustain, which signals can be filtered to improve the detection (SC filtering) or to color the processed audio. A soft clipping circuit also gently saturates and “compresses” the signal, in the way a tape saturation would.
TS-1 is available as VST, AAX (PC and Mac) and AU (Mac only) plugins for both 32 & 64-bit DAWs.
