UTILIZATION
passive EQ common to 2 channels. I use it mostly for clean sounds. The controls allow precise adjustments including the "presence" which lets you adjust the treble on the basis of microphones used. The
SOUNDS
clear sound with a lot of relief is very effective for all styles of clean even the equalizer flat. Players funk find their happiness. Amp benchmark for clean sounds.
Its saturated very limited in terms of gain, the amplifier saturates difficult (to avoid for large heavy sounds) on the other hand perfect for jazz or blues or a search of his little saturated. I do not use very little in the register but sometimes sounds crunch blues.
OVERALL OPINION
I use this amp now for 10 years and I think that I could not part with it. This amp has clean sounds really beautiful. For cons, I find it too limited in channel "drive" and it quickly shows its weaknesses. Value for money is a good investment for any guitarist looking for an excellent, clear sound with a preference for small sounds requiring little saturated gain. Reference
