« The very good! »
Published on 09/06/14 at 06:06All tube amp with a power of 30 Watts RMS. We find everything you'd expect on a good amp, an effects loop, a firm exit a Celestion Vintage 30, a spring reverb, two channels, EQ Bass / Middle / Treble, two inputs (High and Low), a standby and a master.
UTILIZATION
Setup is extremely simple: you plug, you rules, you play. It really is plug-and-play. THERE was a small manual that came with the amp, but frankly, it is not essential. Within seconds, you get a very good sound, so clear that crunch.
SOUNDS
I play mostly Rock / Rock'n'Roll, so the chosen field of this amp. So I mainly use the overdrive channel which gives a very AC / DC sound, curling up the Hard Rock when the drive is in background. The clean channel is very neutral and very well accept the pedals. As for the reverb, correct, but no more, it has nothing to do with that of a Fender is meant many springs, so it should be used in low doses.
OVERALL OPINION
I use it for a few days, and for now, I'm delighted. Before I had a Fender Supercontrol XD, so this is the day and night. I also played on a Peavey Classic 30, which is actually very close to that of VT30 Harley Benton. So for the price (€ 359), I highly, highly recommend, especially if you play / blues / Rock'n'Roll Rock / Hard Rock. I do it again this choice without hesitation.
