All Tube Amp Combo (in 6x12AX7 pramp 4xEL84 and power) of approx 25 kilos.
Dlivre power of 35 Watts out on a HP Celestion Vintage 30.
2 channels each with fully indpendants a gain, a master, a qualo 4 bands and a reverb. This is in addition an output (volume at end of string amplification), and the famous 5-band graphic legalization, knowing that this dernire, like changing the channel, can be controlled e thanks to the footswitch.
At the rear there is a effects loop with mix dry / wet rgable (% of 0100), a recording output, 1 x 8 ohms, 2 of 4 ohms and a headphone output.
I put 9 because an 8 ohm output deuxime t would be welcome, otherwise in the design and it's CHARACTERISTICS srieux and solid, such as lamps being protected well es by a grid that stays cool and prevents quon is brle.

UTILIZATION

In Boogie nothing is simple but to have a gambling den and a Studio Pre Caliber 50 + with master and gains SERIES, here is a little easier.
In terms of gain, no problem there is a channel, and volume, master serve rgler levels of outputs of the two channels from one another The "output" using gnral volume.
In other to carve a good sound, it is best to start from the presets on offer on the manual and then on its gots Daffin, because as with any self-respecting Boogie amp, it is to read the ncessaire manual before tampering with the buttons.
I put 7 because it's not a Marshall CONTRL interact with each other and nothing is really intuitive

SOUNDS

Regarding sound, dfi DC3 silent for this: I love the Mesa Studio Pramp, the sound is fantastic, but the problem is that both channels are not indpendants.
The aim therefore to replace the silent couple Mesa Studio Preamp + Mesa EL84 20/20 by DC3.
On paper aa look feasible, including the two configurations with the same power section in each proudly claiming 4xEL84 Dynawatt technology.
On paper, because Ralite things are quite different.
In his clear, there is the sound Boogie, straight, compress the obviousness but it is not worth the Studio Preamp. The DC3 least slamming sounds, darker, and less rverbe pretty well.
On the other hand, is saturated trsdcevant: dj no way to get a dcent crunch, but the lead is almost catastrophic whatever rglages (yet between the Triaxis, Studio Preamp and Caliber 50 +, the Boogie I'm used to long handle), the sound still keeps a veil dull and dark.
The highs are screaming, the mdiums Submitted too (even cutting them) and low floating Dfine ill. The impression that emerges is a sound pnible, not articulated dark, featureless and slime, as if t had a fuzz branch upstream.
Needless to say, the solos are not favoriss by this type of sound, and frankly palm mute sound yuck.
In short I put 6 to clear the lead is still unusable for me, both of my APRS rglages or those on offer on the manual.
Ct hand power to say anything, the 35W are the volumes cascade rvlant some useful effect powersoak CRER.

OVERALL OPINION

In the end the DC3 is far from what I expected from him, and I'm trsdu. My dernire surprises with a Boogie was from my test a Formula pramp, who also sounds lead trs means, but a beautiful clear sound.
As if what makes Mesa trs good products, there is sometimes a few rats. Anyway, my Studio Pre remain with me for some time. Remains whether the Quad will be a Studio Pre rvelera with more opportunities and two real channels indpendants.
Remains the quality price ratio DC3, 800 of OCCAZ 'average decent enough for a combo while lamps.
