Published on 09/14/14 at 14:01All lamps, everything is said in other reviews, I have a black 2003, good mouth, relatively light weight (transportable without farting back saw the template weight ratio).
Poor fixing lamps described below.
UTILIZATION
Very easy to use, nothing more to report. the clean is as simple to manage, the drive is very progressive and deserves to linger. The knobs move a little too easily for my taste and quickly unruly when traveling.
SOUNDS
I play jazz, bebop, funk ... with a Hofner President Thin. I find lamps with this product after testing the fender (princeton reverb and deluxe reverb sorely missing deep low level in my opinion and for my use), the Studiotone Koch (though I have the sub I would probably to it ...) and other less known and less satisfying.
I put it on furniture to double its height and enjoy the sound full, it gives me the sound I was looking for a moment to wish jazzy and versatile. The reverb is melodic, the lil grain distortion set, that desire to crunch and clean side, it's very very good!
I play mostly at home and can enjoy the sound at low volume (everything is always relative in the apartment sucks probably more than me), with battery, I ride 4 of 12.
No Celestion for me, I keep the Blue Marvel original suits me perfectly.
OVERALL OPINION
I do not have enough experience on the beast at the moment and would come in the next update qques months but I am upsets by the sound that I have, I missed a good beast on the other side of my jack and I signed up for a time with this Peavey with no shortage of character.
Now the thing that angry ... fixing lamps, metallic vibration out of the amp to each Sol played ... very painful, I was informed me before and I knew it would have been if I rédibitoire had known before. Rockwool between the gate and bottom lamps + rule supports outwards to remove the glass and prevent it. it works well at the moment but it's disappointing to have such a snag on the amp. This sound is not amplified and heard no more at higher volume ... hence also the most affordable price.
With hindsight I have for the moment, yes, I would go back to this great value, some have had problems with, I can understand the disappointment, the fact remains that this amp supports and has supported a lot of musicians in the studio and on stage. test absolutely!
