Excellent
Tube amp 100 w but can limit the power 10w with the DPR.
Therefore can use at home, repeat, and on stage in small rooms or halls.
Connection 4, 8 and 16 ohms, midi functions possible, and emulated output jack for connection to a PC or PA and very effective effects loop!
To know that I have tested the direct connection to the sound and the sound is fairly good, although we did of course not the same as rendering a 4x12
on the other hand, in that compared with other amps, I find that the knobs are not very reactive.
UTILIZATION
Rather simple configuration, not too many buttons, there is the MIDI mode that I have ever tested ...
SOUNDS
The amp has two channels, Clean and Drive each with 2 modes.
Clean Bright, clear sound with slamming loaded treble.
Clean Warm to hot clear, loaded with bass.
Drive for overdrive, from light overdrive distortion.
Super Drive I used to boost the Drive with a wider range of gain.
I played the "Big Rock" with, but can easily do metal, but also the Blues without any problem! This is a very versatile amp!
I played it with a Gibson Les paul custom R68 and a Fender Telecaster Baja.
The big plus of this amp is setting the ISF can go from a us a sound british.
OVERALL OPINION
Level of finish is very high quality, you can look you will not find plastic top ... Leather, metal, solid and classy wrist! ! (This is necessary because the head is very heavy!)
Anyway, I loved the head, if I could I would have kept it to complete my collection ...
I think the value for money is excellent, I had the opportunity to test a Mesa Boogie Dual correct, we had proposed to the exchange and I preferred to keep the Blackstar ...
