UTILIZATION
"One branch has sent."
I could notice résumé with this sentence but it would be cruel not to argue. It's a fawn aisment mdium brutal and more like a clear erased. Art and Manir refine the frequencies and to balance the volume between the clean channel and the channel is saturated, however, later.
The manual is in English about him. I suggest you read it (as with any electrical device for that matter) because important information about the use and conservation of an amplifier tubes are layers. There are also tips give the designer so for me, this book is clear, concise and complete.
Parenthse small, the Z5 footswitch ENGL is not given in both senses of the word. It is not provided and score an average of 170 euros. For use in live, I find, however, it is essential! Too bad, it's a cot to consider if you compare the prices of many heads to make scne.
SOUNDS
It is a childlike simplicity, or at least in appearance. This head accepts without flinching two guitars diamtralement opposed (in loccurrence, a Stratocaster and an SG) while maintaining their essence. Each knob has a vritable effect and progress is smooth.
Enter the heart of the matter: the sound. Many dynamics and headroom.
Ct clean, crunch sound that does not even high volume. Clean and tidy, it will be most guitarists, but one can criticize his lack of characters. The switch "bright" has a small effect and will add a strong crystalline apprciable ct.
The crunch channel is trsrussi. There are a vintage ct and dynamic dcidment, caractrise this amp. Tampering in a little knobs on the guitar, one approaches the blues without the IOTC.
In terms of saturation, there's something there also. We feel that the yrside me. You put everything noon (or midnight for Metall) and you have a big sound amp tubes. The lead channel is prcis and efficient, which is not really the case of lead + high, the last channel. Certainly, the attack will give you a prolapse but its fuzz you will lower the gain.
OVERALL OPINION
Many amplifiers are passs in my ears. I have a Blackstar HT-1R, a Blackstar HT-5H, a Marshall JMP 100W and a Peavey 5150. I can not count how many heads and combos I test RPET and hardware sold.
I can say that I finally found what I wanted. You will say "you are looking for what?". Well I wanted an amp capable of:
- To produce a clear sound with nice headroom high volume without cruncher,
- Out of this ultra saturated sound clean without flinching and without effect pedals,
- To be transported without losing an arm and a vertbre.
Mission accomplished.
If I had to keep a strong point, it would lead its channel gain + low precision of any evidence. With respect to the main weak point, it would be the sharing of legalization that could more than GNER. For my part, I have substantially the same legalization in clear and saturated NEG not so.
A good quality / price and therefore I think if c'tait again, I would not hsiter the head. My sound is, however, the limits of the caricature. This means that I like the clean sound of Ska and his ultra-heavy metal. For my style, this amp is perfect but if you are a purist or a bluesman jazzeux demanding, does not rvez, even if this one's head can approach such as that the there will excel ever! Versatility of course, but the weaknesses are l.
