All Tube Amp.
3 x ECC83 and 2 EL34 (JJ)
ultra simple connectivity:
A-channel selector
16Ohm-1out 8ohms and 2 outputs for HP (8ohm outputs can be used separately)
The power used is 30W, but the sound power output varies between 98 and 100db
The clean is natural, we have the pure sound of the guitar.
The equalizer has a dirty 3bandes.
This head is to amplify the no frills, no effect that are useless. We direct the sound.
UTILIZATION
Very simple configuration.
No man, not need.
The sound is always good no matter what the setting. It's an amp in the vein of the first amps scratched with a clean crunch that has high volume (beautifully). Regardless of the setting of the dirty sound is good to very good. That's what I'm looking for her since ... The sound of rock, perfectly plain that renders the guitar and play
SOUNDS
I play Rock, blues, funk (a little) and it's really perfect. The sound is typed but he who loves is a dream (logic).
SG Standard with the natural sound starts cruncher to 7-8 ahead with just about the volume and tone background. Just down the volume on the guitar to limit the crunch. I took the 30W because I find that a restitution fine and slamming her with powerful double coil, the 50W I find too strong with too much body (but of course this advice is purely personal and the 50W sounds great ) for the sound I want.
I added a pedal BOOST home LPB1 the EH and overdrive before. Both pedals can boost the sound for solos or to gain more (or less). So we go from two to four channels see 6. Here we see the quality of restite of the amp and the fineness of its distillation.
I plug a speaker OUR 2x12XL mounted V30 and it is the dream.
OVERALL OPINION
I tried everything I could find (tube) and I played on Mashall. But here nothing to do with this amp I found my sound. I use it for 1 month and the guys in the group were unanimous that sounds the death! We really gain sound quality.
This choice I would do without hesitation.
