Prampli all lamps (4 ECC83). This is actually the head of prampli Engl SE possde and therefore all the fabulous options are:
4 channels: clean crunch lead1 lead2
A ton of switch to forge the sound: a mega punch to boost the low bass mode classic / modern, noise gate, how bright and ultra bright (bright treble) boost the medium, and hi gain mode gain, a loop effect completely bypass. All these switches are noon, cumulative, and apply each channel, you can imagine the number of sound possibilities that pramp is available.
Beware the volume knobs gain and legalization are not noon against the diffrence of 580 which allows storer presets whole.
It also has an output for recording PC and a button - 20db to avoid to rally the neighbors. Handy!
UTILIZATION
The apparent complexity of the 570 is not a barrire use. The trs rglages are intuitive even if we spend some time to find his sound. The possibilities are great and the manual does help.
SOUNDS
We go to things srieuses. If you want big sound, look no further this is the ultimate metal prampli. It REALLY excels in its great even if you will address versatilis styles including dsenclenchant quieter mode hi gain on lead 1 and 2. (In this case we find the sound quite close to the Engl Blackmore is to say not at all gain overload.)
The clean sounds are usable trs, round and warm or pops and the crystalline according rglages pramp and guitar uses.
The crunch is a real vintage crunch, the diffrence of some amps o what they call it a crunch and distortion dj-art.
The lead channel is absolutely dvastateurs; with hi gain mode and megalowpunch and engaged, there is little the characters prs of powerball with the avalanche gain (attention not to over-ride it failing to make the draft) and if the grain colrique and rocky which made the renaming of Engl.
The sound is both bold and ultra prcis, much happiness in rhythmically taut than solo (watch out for bread because it does not forgive the imperfections)
This is a truly versatile prampli but what he loves most is the mtal in all its forms.
I plugged into a power amp and EL34 Engl 2x50 with a 2x12 cabinet engl vintage30 and the sound is absolutely standard. I have not tried a different config unfortunately.
OVERALL OPINION
I use it for several weeks. I played on a apparavant ToneLab and it is clearly night and day between the two, it is in the same sphre. I tried a lot of lights amp (peavey, mesa and also many engl) and the one that most closely matches my expectations and my game, it mixes the sound of the powerball / fireball and those of the savage / Blackmore, but possde his own signature sound.
Trs particular grain is that you really try before you buy: Engl Mesa is like, we like it dtest o, but these amps have a real strong personality and is largely dmarquent competition.
I chilled this choice without problem, the pramp onreux is pretty but I do not regret any penny put into it.
