Value For Money :
Excellent
I use it for 6 years and they have not a single wrinkle snuff.
I have 2 CDJ 1000 and 2 Numark TTX and yet I keep coming back to my Stantons 150 because those are by far the best. They go like clockwork even after 6 years of use and scratch, they have a couple of crazy (even more impressive than the TTX or the MK2) to scratch the top.
What I like most about this deck:
- The torque of madness
- The perfect finish to any standard
- Its connectivity: no need for the ground wire as on MK2, then plug in the old forgotten Line phono connection!
- The duration of life, platinum indestructible compared to TTX
What I like least:
- As mentioned in a previous comment "power button" that is not very well placed
- The weight because it is really heavy compared to TTX if I may compare yet, but the justification is in the frame (steel)
The value for money is great because for the same price as Numark TTX or Technics MK2 you have a much better deck, a view of the finish, engine torque and the duration of life (when compared to a numark).
I would do without free choice, these frames are simply perfect, I do not understand also why people have so much enthusiasm for MK2 Technics or Numark TTX while we here in a product that has nothing to envy them, believe me, it's been 10 years since I mix and I have nothing better to date, if you scratch, throw yourself on it!
