Hey guys, I am a long time musician, new to the digital recording scene. I am currently deployed for the armed forces, and looking for a digital interface for recording vocals... My guitarist does his own recording and sends the clips to me. The question I am interested in is this... I am looking into purchasing a ua-25 to use with my laptop and microphone, but I'm not sure which software to use. I want to record on top of the origional track, and make multiple recordings on top of the source file... do any of you have any advice on which program would be best to go with? I would appreciate any advice I can get.
