Usage wish:
Save my guitaristic composed with a good sound and no latency, APRS and the future purchase of a good mic recording scratches folk, harmonica, mlodica, percussion and digeridoo. Even if I am considering buying a USB keyboard matre, the abscence of Midi port does not impede me.
I chose the UX2 because it was exactly what I wanted, there was good advice on AF and log Pod farm looked really excellent.

Latency level:
With pod farm farm stand-alone there have none,
with Live7: between 9.02 and 18.1 ms in left, it's imperceptible.
POD Farm and pleasant surprise in VST is not trs resource hungry (I do not use more than four or five tracks)

No crashes to report. No problem with Live7, Audacity, or with films or Zique.

Assets:
POD Farm, latency, quality sound, seamless compatibility with Vista, stability number of entries.

Cons:

I've had six days, and I'm really pleased.
And pod farm is a killer!
The ratio quality price is excellent, everything works like clockwork (except this problem with Reaper, but I think a can be arranged, this software is nice but sometimes a little quirky)

Trs trs simple: you install Pod Farm which includes also the drivers ncessaires, one branch, we are going on Line6 Monkey and everything is good! OVERALL OPINION

Very good card I found, and not very expensive for what it offers. It is very stable and can work immediately with a string of high-quality effects.The amp sounded pretty good and Integrates seamlessly into a mix, there are enough effects to keep you happy, and I also love the preamps which are very effective with voices or&nbsp;&nbsp;acoustic&nbsp;instruments. Perhaps my nly regret: the compressor (model of the famousTeletronics LA-2A). It is very good but it's the only one. It is not adapted to all situations.

UTILIZATION

No problems with driver (except for a version where the meters no longer worked), I use Cubase and Ableton Live.

Edit of 25/05/2010: I get a fairly large latency (often 20 ms), but that does not bother me: I record in re-re and the card returns the entry directly in the output. So long as we live does not effect between the input and output latency are not detrimental. Otherwise, it can become I think.

Regarding preamps and onboard effects: good, at this price point is really correct. After, you need to stop saying that it's stuff Pro ... It can be if we could have 2 physical preamp, 4 reverbs, 10 amps, 1 noise gate, a compressor and I do not know what else in the whole simulation for 250 € ... I bought a Mac to put myself in the computer music and I had a small audio interface to register easily. This was a very complete view connections, so I was seduced by the fact that I could keep it long, even if I complicate my stuff a little later.

I already knew Line 6 across their product and I was confident. An opportunity presented itself and I jumped on it.

So I use an iMac with Core 2 Duo, connected together simply by USB and I record the guitar only.

This is for fun, I did not need (or afford) materials "heavy".

UTILIZATION

I use it in two ways:
- With the Pod Farm stand alone, to play at night with headphones: you must use the headphone output of the UX2, impossible to make out the sound through the computer's sound card is a bit distressing that (it's not his fault, it's the Pod Farm software that chose him, then can we really blame him? ... yes, you can: -1 point).
