This series was manufactured in Japan, like many Ibanez, it has 22 frets, a pair of pickups ibanez V5 ("V" for vintage) has recognized their bars (like the Seymour duncan X2n) but wider and chrome, the bridge is a "Power Rock", a kind of vibrato fender type whose articulation is on a sort of "cup" which comes close to the knife of vibrato (which for once, makes a wide vibrato)
the settings are simple as can be, namely a volume, one tone and a 3 position switch type Gibson
the handle is rather round and small feature on the red model, the key is red (reference TR DT 250, "TR" for Transluscent Red)

UTILIZATION

The handle is very nice, and not at all in the registry IBAN us out today, namely round but not too much either, but far from the usual fine sleeves
Access is fairly sharp boundary, because of the heel that has come the 16th fret, but hey, it s like we made it all ...
the ergonomics are quite good, the shape being a little "space" does not interfere in any way for the game sitting (even if this guitar has not been designed for this)
the sound is good, but not typed, I would say that it is neutral, too can be, it does not lack teeth, but c is a bit "bland" anyway

SOUNDS

Given that I have swapped the original V5 of the active EMGs, the sound is much better kept and transforms this little guitar looks very nice (the tastes and colors ...)
I used a combo Laney World Series 100W stereo chorus, they have a multi effect BOSS GX 700 and how to say ... it farts!
the sound is rather average light (at the same time, it is clearly not the registry) but monstrous in saturated (EMG thank you)
my registry is oriented metal / heavy rock and it suits me very well

ed: in 2009, I finally pulled its original pickups, because for me it has never been so beautiful in its livery of time, the sound is a little worse, but it is now a guitar "collector" and it would be a shame to change it, I think a guitar less rare these customizations can undergo, suffer without, and after 11 years of loyal service, she was a bit straight intensive care and to find his little ...
here it now:

OVERALL OPINION

I have this guitar for 8 years and I love it, I've discovered a NO RETURN and concert guitarist AL-1 was used ... I have literally cracked, and I am so focused on the guitar during the concert that I remember nothing apart from that is to say ...
what I love most .... the look and sound: without concessions
I love this model so much that I bought another one in but the model above, a DG350PM (PM for Pearly Navy) that is equipped with a vibrato type IBANEZ FLOYD licensed meets the sweet name of "PRO ROCKER"
I am told by the previous owner, in my area (the UK) there were only two of the imported result I have both
if I had a choice ... I repeat the same REFERRED without moment's hesitation
