Liminal Liminal

This software is just wonderful, let me explain, I have a Macbook Pro so I used Garageband, it means good (but free;)). Then I tested Ivory. Sublime. A clear and powerful (for the Yahama, I have not yet installed the other). I tried one of Logic Pro (Steinway), the more withdrawn but pleasant (and not seek the CPU while ivory is very greedy in access hard drive! FireWire 800 on a 7200 trs / min in external ram in it 160 voices, I leave in 24 voices). I tried quickly and Pianoteq The Grand 2. It is close to Ivory, but after that is very subjective to choose between them.

And I install Virtual Grand. SHOCK. Sound realism, it's perfect, ivory is too "computer" for my taste I hear the too linear, with Grand Virtual, you feel the live piano, strings vibrating in the air is incredible , how to translate what I feel?. I fell in love with this software. I will test the Steinway and Bosendorfer of ivory, but I doubt they are as well.

FYI, someone had remarked to a lack of Ivory, gently press the keyboard, you still hear the note, while on a real piano (and Virtual Grand!) No sound.

Frankly, if there is a good software to buy is this one. (No I'm not part of the team Art Vista or other).

Thank you.

Part 2: With a friend I could try the software Akoustik Piano and frankly I corrected my opinion is the best why?
Just because the qualities of Art Vista, they are found in the piano right Akoustik Piano, it has only four pianos in all and they are very different:

So the upright piano like Art Vista, we feel the experience of the piano, the heat, the strings vibrated
the Steinway D Concert Grand Yamaha Ivory recalls the very powerful style jazz
Boesendorfer the 290 is very clear, and approaches the 19th fortepiano (limit harpsichord)
the Bechstein D 280 is perfect for the classic, while remaining very soft clear treble

Finally, Akoustik Piano combines all the styles and is very versatile, noted that the interface is great: very simple, very beautiful very intuitive (one regret when closing the piano, if we go full screen, it is open, it's a good detail)
