Installation (Windows 2000):
No worries.

No incompatibilities encountered

General configuration:
In fact, it works just only the beginning. Then, a few parameters are available, but only sand-alone mode (not from the plugin), which is a little silly. But hey, it's really nothing, but once set, it affects more.

Manual:
Humm .... not really read, from time to time for some sharp details.

SUITABILITY/PERFORMANCE

On an Athlon 3200 + / 1GB memory, sound card integrated on the motherboard Asus (a good sound card, however).
It runs all alone on this config, but also on older, I sometimes tens of "instruments" loaded running in parallel, just if it tickles my processor.
Never crash. If all apps could be as stable as it ...

OVERALL OPINION

Gigastudio I knew that I think is worse.
I use it for 2 years now it has completely changed my sound. I had bought on the advice of a salesman, while the product was released. In addition it comes with three CDs for some instruments that are a killer (piano fabulous Drum Kits of outstanding quality, acoustic guitar, etc. ...). Other less well, but ...

Integrated effects of very high quality (chorus, filter, phaser and so on).
The possibility of the direct from disk painlessly edit your loops accurately, graphically mapping the samples on a keyboard according to the velocity.

If you need a software sampler, go for it! I have never been disappointed and I use it a lot. (See my songs on this site ;-))

Go! I put 9 becaufe there's no 9.5 and that the general view "rack" is sometimes a bit painful, but then the rest, but happiness.
