This is a VoiceLive 2 Rack. This is what is done best in the genre "speech processor".
One major difference, the looper function is not integrated into the rack.
The rack comes with a dynamic micro brand. This is very good, it has a switch that can be assigned differently on VoiceLive (trigger harmonies, effects, stop etc.). I would have preferred a lower price without the microphone because I am equipped as required in that direction but the only store selling the rack without a microphone at the same cost as sold! So I stuck with. This mic does not disappoint, it is up to the quality of the rack. Its use is oriented live because it is particularly insensitive to the noise environment. Its capsule is very responsive to the proximity effect given by the user. An excellent microphone lead vocals.
UTILIZATION
Rack format is welcome in the studio, the interface "touch" is nice, all the buttons, pots fall easily to hand. Ergonomics are good and the screen clear and readable information provides the necessary information.

OVERALL OPINION
I used a VoiceLive 2 for 2 years, then sold and having a tight budget and wanting to keep the full potential of these devices, I pulled over a GTX VoiceLive Play ... error! Where, unquestionably, the series 2 and Voicelive VoiceLive Rack are pro level, the "little brothers" are a notch below. Mainly because of their pre-amp with a really poor quality. The rest, ergonomics, treatment, being in good order. In conclusion, I broke the piggy bank to re-invest in what the past has given me any satisfaction ... but this time it format studio because I'm moving more. Besides the price is even higher, this rack can not disappoint, know-how TC-Helicon, undisputed leader in the field is ... a significant investment, certainly, but good.
