I recently bought the Code61 to control a Keyboard Partners HX3 Hammond Organ Module. I have managed to map many controls on the C61 to parameters on the HX3. The 9 C61 faders all control the 9 HX3 drawbars BUT as soon as fader F7moves it annoyingly also mutes all audio as if it is sending an all notes off msg. If I repress the C61 keys sound is resumed.
As a test I removed the assigning of F7 to any function in the HX3. Moving F7 still cuts off any sound. See the screenshot for MIDIOX output when holding a chord, moving F7 (sound cuts off) and lifting the chord.
as another test I assigned pot E8 to the HX3 drawbar and it operated it with no problem (no sound cut off). It's as if F7 has some underlying generic function to act as 'notes off'. How can I remove that?

Issue solved! The fader seemed to have a muting behavior inherited from the preset that I was editing. Once I assigned a different $CC to the fader it stopped muting and simply controlled the HX3 parameter as instructed
