A good investment given its price!
Microwave passive humbucker type, requires no batteries and does not emit noise, if you use it on an amp-electro-acoustic rendering is superb. I use it with a Martin and it's perfect.
In terms of disadvantages the output level is low (passive pickup) so a muscular amp min 30 is highly recommended, no feedback to manage. The cord is fixed in the microwave, it is very big and not very long.
A solution with a detachable jack would have been more convenient and provided more security, although the microphone itself has no roughness.
By dint of use, the foam shrinks and eventually move from its location.
In this respect do not be afraid to move as much as possible to catch the foam.
