I chose these speakers for their general appearance by trusting the brand image of ALESIS. The technical seemed good for a decent rate. I needed to mix the group with drums, bass, keyboards, and synth prog. The cross on top of the enclosure is very convenient and the light that turns red when the gain is too high.

SOUNDS

These speakers are very far from neutral. Coloration to the lack of bass and dynamics, despite a perfect installation. Boomers face immediately to the slightest touch of the bass drum and everything must be compressed. The clip indicator flashes to a low note digital piano type S90ES. The sound is completely different whether you're at 1.50m or 2.50m. We must re-equalize each frequency and as soon as you move to another system, the sound has nothing to do with what is mixed. OVERALL OPINION

I used these speakers two months time to set a triton extreme, I tried everything to get them to sound worthy of the name, I had a hard time selling them. finally they are parties to 150 € the pair and I immediately bought YAMAHA HS80 which for once is a treat.

A tip: never buy these speakers even listen to music in the toilet. I do not even advise the niche of your dog.
