The technical specifications that motivated my choice is the possibility of princpalement paramtrer thanks the speakers for multi-band equalizer placed on the back of the speakers that allow the attnuer fr quences of low mdium, aig very practical if a small apartment which is my case! Tannoy also gives examples of its paramtrage doc (in English) or soft Tlcharger the Tannoy free on the site.
CHARACTERISTICS of the other connections INTERESTED SPDIF (input / output) situs on each monitor.
Also a low-cut filter for low but it's classic on monitors.

SOUNDS
So I tell you the truth, I'm not a pro in the field but I know what I like and how I want a ring so I'm left with a small CD (Bjork, tiersen, portishead, doors, pink floyd) and I t of the claret hooked by the sound, precision, good image stro trs. Excellent dynamics. With these speakers you can listen to Mozart while the Beastie Boys.
I compared the cost yamaha HS50 HS80 and well but it's not my style.
KRK (same yamaha for me), Mackie HR824 (the class but it is too expensive for me).
OVERALL OPINION
I use them for a week but I'm from the Hi-Fi, so no comparison in any case with the low-end Hi-Fi (I speak not Klipsch or other of the same type).
What impressed me most the cost is the boomer, it is fixed to a specially Manir and move it up ds Whereas the sound. He comes out of the enclosure and it's really imprssionnant see!
The speakers are not too large, fairly easy to place.
Couraging I start my first mix with and for me it's another world, nothing to do with what I was doing avant.Il I left that test them on other Systmes (I will leave a mind if I repeat here).
The report qualitprix I can not say too much about because I bought in Andorra o one has a pair for the price of an enclosure in France.
For now, I'm happy with my choice trs. The only other models it's really like me imprssionn Mackie HR824. The rest, I do not believe t. It took me four months to get an ide site and aid me well I want to thank all those who are left and many opinions on the forum.
