I wanted to change my aging Yam HS 50 and since I was in for a larger room, I opted for those below.
And I am very happy for the moment.
I m'ensers for a home studio for the recording and mixing at home.
Also make p'tits's beef with loops recorded.
In any case, they have a nice face, I like the design. and relatively small footprint.
I also like being able to set the speakers away from the wall and mittoyen over your musical style.
Basically, according to the room where you will record and mix, you will adjust them and the settings that I thought unnecessary prove the contrary, very very well done and the difference is affected

SOUNDS

The frequency curve is fairly neutral, and the stereo is respected.

The sound is very clear, but I found him a slight lack of medium to low volume.

after they are what you want them to be fairly accurate anyway.

Be sure to place them in cons! It's over your ears and not from your desktop! is not he who will listen ...

OVERALL OPINION

I have been a year and I like the design, size, quality cabling and ease of handling. In addition, as stated in the comments below, the quality of the joinery is excellent given that they can cash!
It does not vibrate, does not move ... and what power!
For the price I find them very accurate, and I will resume without any problems.
Quite a change at least compared to 80 watts, the bass are much better made, but the mids are a bit of fishing.

Global opinion, very good.

Yamaha's what!
