I wanted to buy speakers not too expensive but good quality. Initially I went for prodipe PRO8.
SOUNDS
I noticed a slight hollow in the lower midrange. Apart from that the rest of the spectrum seems in place. I would still point out that I am a beginner and I know very little. I just compared with TANNOY D6, Dynaudio BM5 and there was a little background music that I could not hear the Yam but was audible over the other. After several comparative listening with Prodipe PRO8, Fostex PM1, D6 and TANNOY MACKIE HR624 (just to dream), I found the sound of Yam was very good. The momentum seemed satisfied. What I enjoy most is the clarity of sound, compared to Prodipe example. So I came back with HS80M. I would still specify that initially I did not particularly YAM because of prejudice.
OVERALL OPINION
I use them for a week. If we had the choice again of course I would do it again. With over as I took the MACKIE. Anyway, I am not very rich.
