Crest Audio has announced that the CV 20 is now shipping into Europe and the Middle East.

The analog/FoH console will be built to order and will ship as standard with two internal swappable power supplies, according to Crest. The “Premium” version is also said to come with a meter bridge.

According to Crest, full VCA control is provided, not only on the input channels but also on group channels (aux channels in fader-reverse mode) . Four-band sweepable EQ with Q control on the mids is provided on all mono inputs. Twelve auxiliary sends and eight subgroups come as standard on all CV 20 models with fader-reverse functionality.

A significant feature of the CV 20 Crest stresses is an A/D and D/A NexSys module option. Any number of analog audio outputs per module can be converted to digital EtherSound and CobraNet protocols, the company says, with support for other protocols to be added in the near future.

CV 20 consoles are supplied with either 24, 32, 40, 48 or 56 mono input channels, plus 8 full stereo input channels. Basic configurations for all consoles include 12 auxes, 8 subgroups, Left/Right/Center/Mono with full metering. Also provided is an 11×4 matrix, expandable to 19×4, full dynamics on subgroups (or auxes in fader-reverse mode), true LCR panning on mono inputs and subgroups and full metering on all main outputs (auxes, subgroups, L/R/M buses). CV 20 also comes stocked with a total of 16 mute groups, 144 mute scenes and 128 VCA assignment scenes.
