Topic Scarlett 18i20 and Sonar problems
I have a newly purchased Scarlett 18i20 running with Sonar Platinum on a core i7 laptop. Playback is nice and clear. When recording though there is a great amount of distortion and crackle coming from any monitored track that’s not being recorded on. Regular playback is fine. I have reduced the buffer size to no avail. I have reduced the monitored track load to one with no joy either. Before using a Behringer UMC 404HD this was not an issue. Any advice here would be so greatly appreciated.
