I'm looking to use the Focusrite iTrack Dock for live performance. More specifically, I want to trigger keyboard sounds, such as piano and Rhodes etc, from an iPad to then sing and perform over the top. However, I want to run these MIDI sounds through a pedal board to layer them up with effects etc. Is there anyway I can do this on the way in? Not sure if there was a USB to instrument jack cable that I could use? Or whether this would need to be done through software on the iPad?
