Best value: Correct
Lots of things, we will not dwell on the usual. On specific tips:
- A mistake that can activate or not, with all intermediate mixtures (on the back of the amp)
- A knob "outline" it plays more or less on the response of the medium
- A knob "Room", I SIAS too much on what it plays (it seems to be low)
Both knobs can radically change the response of the amplifier as a function of the instrument and the room where we play. It can be very convenient but it can be very tricky too.
Of high-medium-and low-mids, adjustable in intensity and frequency. that too, it plays a lot on the sound.
- A compressor

UTILIZATION

Simple, mega easy to use. you turn the knobs, there is a sound, is refined. It's not a gas plant.

Small flat on the rollers with fasteners proved fragile after two years away. it took all of that screw, and as is the agglomerate, we prayed for a secure grip. 3 years later, it still holds.

SOUNDS

I play rock and blues is a good bass amp for that.
The power is there, the settings agree with the two basses that I can use in the room where the amp.
I use it with a Korean G & L 5 string, If the going really well, if the stick, we manage to surprise his friends scratch with the infra-low (and I'll put a severe small D behind bundles rather than pick him up at the octave).
I also use it with my Stingray, and here I must say it does justice to the bass. In short, it highlights the sounds that are already good home. For others, it is no miracle (that said, I have a better bass sound with my Stingray plugged into it with my G & L Tribute. It's not a scoop finally)

I never use the compressor, I learned to do without when I learned the bass.
I do not pedal it, it's not my style, but I've seen guys who put, it supports very well, either for compression, autowah or drive.
Ah yes, I said, I do not know if we can saturate the beast, I never tried the style that I play with zic my groups are not too up on that one. Finally, there is a knob for gain, it must be made for this.

Base, bass amp sounds very traditional. For rock and blues, I put almost all knobs at noon. It can grow in other directions if you want but the basic, rather it is designed to strike roots I think.
For sounds very bright, it's not impossible to do but you have to play knob

OVERALL OPINION

I use the machine for 4-5 years, I never had to complain. It is powerful, it's reliable, it makes the sound of a bass easy.
With a low bof, bof it will sound with good bass, it has a good sound.
It is a very good amp again, but not very distinctive pattern with a fairly roots, rather than modern. I did all my Christmas music with him for 5 years, outside, inside, nothing to say.

We bought it in 900 euros at the time in Paris. It's worth it but not a big deal either.
The big advantages of the machine:
- Versatile
- Enough power for small scenes and out. In addition, it sounds as good as high-volume moderate
- Large low as possible with his bowl 15 "

Disadvantages
- Versatile, not very typical
- Tend to sound very round, a cabinet 2x10 "or better 4x10" restore the balance. Without it must play if we want knob gloss
- Heavy (wheels, it goes no further steps)
