A friend of mine picked this up on his home protection camera but can't make out what is being said and neither can I.

I hear, "Does anyone even live here?" And "Yeah, he's there." Then "This package came to my place" and "You know how that goes" and "Some people, I guess."

There have been burglaries recently and last year he had his car stolen. I asked him if he thinks maybe this recent episode is someone trying to case his place and he said maybe.

If anyone can make out what is being said and let me know (or point me in the right direction to enhance the audio so the sound can be understood assuming that's even possible) I'd appreciate it very much.
