Excellent
Installation without problem, everything has always worked well trs. I bought it in December 2002. I have free updates downloads the update from version 2.0 to 2.1 anne beginners.
Trs grip fast, and the software comes with an instruction manual printed in English :-( but you can immediately find the software without detailed knowledge of the language of Shakespeare.
SUITABILITY/PERFORMANCE
Pentium 4 2.4 GHz, 1 GB of RAM, Win XP Home Edition, Midiman Audiophile Sound Card Delta 24/96 - the software works perfectly with this configuration, even with 512 ram mga. The software has never plant since I installed it. For cons, I do not Tlcharger plug-in for Cool Edit to burn.
OVERALL OPINION
I use it for 10 months. I wanted a reasonably priced software (approx. 350 euros) and complex forcment not handle. I intend mastering my records and I use the audio squenceur to pieces with loops. I prfr Pro Tools, because the easiest first. Qualitprix excellent, I would do without this choice hsiter.
Warning: AOT since last 2003, which Adobe acquired Cool Edit and who Intgr in a new program called Adobe Audition and I have not tried . I do not apprci this, but I ask to see the new program. Can it be even better (is it possible?). In any case, Adobe offers dtenteurs 2.x versions of Cool Edit Pro possibility of updating from Adobe Audition financires cheaply and conditions. Unfortunately, these days setting is only available for Amricains. Gr ..
