T say everything on performance.
The 4x Motorola processors have enough memory and power to load 10 SSV3 reverbs and compressors 100. So for example I do not see too much to buy intrt X8 offers a memory that will never be used.
It is in my opinion the hardware has to be the mastering and mix with the Focusrite Liquid Mix.
Mention specially for the magnificent reverbs sound better than most plug-ins and of course do not process the computer.
Come of good plugins so you can make your life without buying other plugs, the Master x3 is superb, the Master Verb, Character, the guitar amp sounds, the channel, a nice synth, nothing is missing in The pack comes with and the quality is to go.

UTILIZATION

Trs symple really, I have not had any compatibility problems with my firewire card. Aa say nothing of the cot, plug and play.

GETTING STARTED

I have had the Creamware, the UAD-1 and Korg Oasys, so I can compare. I also have the latest Lexicon.
- Creamware: unstable plant regularly. The original plugs but not trs pro, a big problem with effects that require line delays (reverbs, delays, chorus, flagers etc ...) because the memory for the delay is that of the computer which requires using the bandwidth of the PCI bus and therefore two reverbs and a plant.
- The Oasys: a big m.rde .. only works on Win95 and Mac OS 9
- The UAD-1, uses the reputable Universal Audio Fast Fashion in good vintage compressors, except that despite an effort in the designs of plugs, the likeness s'arrte. The quality overall is mdiocre plugs, compressors do not sound as well as the true course and reverbs are worse than Freeverb ...
- The Powercore: for me the best, trs stable used by many groups on scne the REFERENCE mastering the MX3, the REFERENCE of reverbs with the algorithm of the M6000, the REFERENCE of synths with a Virus C optional (Powercore Virus).

PowerCore Integrates perfectly with the DAW with plgus VST / AU / RTAS. Only one regret, not enough for some preset plugs and a rather ugly interface for rverbs.

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for years, I started with an Element, and I now have a firewire.
The MX3 is a great multi-band compressor, the reverbs sound really basic, not really need to buy plug in options has less be a purist when it MUCH carefully s'apperoit the sound base is virtually identical, the SSV3 has more possibilities of it but did nothing rvolutionnaire. 2 is the NonLin crative and original.
The sound was something special that makes your exact ring trs PRO on. The presets are raliss and we feel that there is exprience and use feedback from the studio with producer amlior the product.
So great product, many who watched.
