Best value:
Excellent
I just sold it because of weight (I am only to move my stuff, and a rack of 70 kg is tough), I bought a digital amp instead (Crown I-Tech 8000). I gain weight, but in tone, to see.
I used it for 7 months.
Its advantage is that the value for money, obviously!
Its disadvantage is its weight
I used Audiophony of Powerworks amplified, but nothing of this power before.
Excellent value for money, I used it on 2 or 4 RCF ESW 1018 by parties, and nothing to say! It fits perfectly on 4 ohms.
If you weight is not a problem and you have a small budget, it's perfect. (Although I heard about the Peavey CS4080 HZ which for the same power and almost the same price is less cumbersome and more efficient. But hey I did not listen).
