Micro for taking instrument.
The SM57 is one of the best micro I've known for its versatility.

OVERALL OPINION

- How long have you use it?
Forever. And once you get used to, it's hard to bend to another microphone.

- What is so special that you like most and least?
I love three things:
It is robust as ever: Unbreakable!! wand to the face and it does not move!!
The sound I really like, even in neutral it gives a sound true to its sources.
The most versatile mic I know of to date.

- Have you tried many other models before buying it?
Many, many, many ....

- How would you rate the quality / price?
This is a good microphone, but the price is a bit expensive when copies begin to emerge and it begins to Taloner qualities for one low price.
€ 100 € 30 against the SM57 the MB75 (copy thomann) ca is breathtaking, especially for the live, it is not (too) the difference.
I am still saying that the SM57 is truly a legend that the copies are the vagaries of success.
So in conclusion, this microphone is the original logic therefore better than all the copies so the € 100 are well justified and yes I do it again this choice.
The problem is that if you do not have money, it is true that we will throw in a copy, but remember: one is a SM57 SM57 //.....
