Lots of presets for all purposes, single-band compression, multi-band limiter with with adjustable threshold, ratio and output gain. 4 rows of 6 LEDs.

UTILIZATION
With the presets is very easy to use. The result is always very clean. The adjustment of mix is what really differentiates it from other compressors.
The manual is very complete as always with tc electronic on the other hand, settings of attack and release are pre-set in the presets and the manual does not mention it ...
The digital input is nice to connect the output of an MPC1000 for example!
SOUND QUALITY
The fact mix the compressed signal with the original signal allows a parallel compression, the collars are low and high levels are not affected. It's exellent on soft sources like voice, or acoustic. The mix is 0, is in bypass, 100% is a traditional compressor.
The expander / gate is also effective for recording without background noise like a tube amp that breath a bit between two riffs.
OVERALL OPINION
I use it for 2 years, I had a dbx (286a), bof bof, AC Soufli not bad. I also had a JOEMEEK threeQ which was very good. The C300 is a bit more transparent.
