Low imported from the United States but made in China.
2 Humbucker pickups back connected in series.
Keystone Bridge floating bridges brass inserted into the wood.
1 volume knob for each pickup, a button to the tone, a three-position switch: bridge pickup / neck pickup / both.
Short handle is a 30 1 / 2 ". 22 frets.
Color: orange tangerine, walnut brown, white and gold hardware (top kitsch!)
UTILIZATION
Channel round but not fat enough. It looks like the sleeve of my Honhai B2A. Very pleasant and comfortable to play.
The cut of the box allows easy access to acute.
I tested it in a sitting position, it is well balanced (the handle does not dive) but not heavy. The bass drum that can stall well without being uncomfortable because it is not very thick (it's not a jumbo!).
As for sound, a slaughter. The model I tested was fitted with nets dishes. Relief, a real delicacy. A warm, full, round: jazz, blues, rock 60's, short as happiness. Whatever the setting, it sounds like it should.
SOUNDS
I said earlier: jazz, blues, rock 60's. It's warm and full e country fans should also enjoy.
I tested it on a combo Hartke A100 aluminum cone (my favorite): ben it sounds not metal at all!
Warm and Péchu on the neck pickup, more harmonics and bite on the bridge pickup. All this, of course, in style.
I put 8 because it is not, however, a versatile bass (but it's really for chipauter).
OVERALL OPINION
I tested one hour in the store by chance, since I want a semi-acoustic to complete my arsenal for two months. This is it: versatile in style with these retro humbucker, ergonomic
I tested an Ibanez AGB 200: hollow sound, noise and bad vibrations despite variations in the volumes of the two pickups and tone, nothing happens: a short plank. I tested an Epiphone Jack Casady: good sound but few possible settings (only 1 humbucker). I came across this by accident Classic 4 and it does things. Same price in stores that Epiphone (a tad above): € 690.
Well, after prospecting US sites, it is something for € 450 (excluding fleet box).
The purchase, for me, is imminent. At this price, no need to go without.
